Credit Rate
One rate. No conversions.
Every rupee you load into ClayPass converts at a single flat rate. Credits redeem seamlessly against any Clayworks service through the Unified Booking System at clayworks.co.in — meeting rooms, day passes, guest passes, events, and more.
How it Works
Simple by design. Rewarding by commitment.
ClayPass is held at the CXO level. The cardholder may extend access to employees within their organisation — no cap on employees, strictly within-company use only.
Top Up — Lump Sum Only
Load ₹50,000 / ₹1,00,000 / ₹2,00,000 in a single transaction. Top-ups cannot be collated across transactions to reach a tier threshold.
Credits Are Added Instantly
INR converts to Clay Credits at ₹100 = 1 Credit. Tier bonus credits are added immediately on top — Silver +5%, Gold +10%, Platinum +20%.
Tier Benefits Activate
Your tier-specific service, experiential, and recognition perks go live the moment the top-up is confirmed. Physical and digital cards are issued.

Renew Within 13 Months
Wallet valid for 12 months. A 1-month grace period follows — benefits paused, card active. Renew with the qualifying lump sum to restore benefits from the renewal date.

Programme Policies
Clear rules. No fine print.
Lump Sum Qualification
Tier status is earned by a single lump-sum top-up at the qualifying amount. Top-ups cannot be collated across multiple transactions. ₹30,000 + ₹20,000 does not qualify for Silver — only a single ₹50,000 load does.
12-Month Validity
The wallet and all tier benefits are valid for 12 months from the top-up date. Unused credits at expiry are forfeited unless the card is renewed within the grace period.
Grace Period & Renewal
A 1-month grace period follows expiry. Benefits are paused during this window — not lost. Renewing with the same qualifying amount restarts a fresh 12-month validity from the renewal date.
Mid-Year Tier Upgrade
A cardholder may upgrade at any time by topping up a new qualifying lump sum at the higher tier. The new tier activates immediately and a fresh 12-month validity begins from the upgrade date.
Employee Sharing
The CXO cardholder may extend Clay Pass benefits to any employee within their organisation. No cap applies. Benefits are strictly for internal company use.
Misuse & Blocking
If Clay Pass benefits are found to be used by individuals outside the cardholder's organisation, the Clay Pass will be permanently blocked from future use. No exceptions.
