Clayworks Create
Clayworks Create, our landmark adaptive-reuse campus on Bannerghatta Road, won the inaugural Most Sustainable Office Space award. A former BPL factory transformed into a sprawling two-acre office campus, Create showcases how thoughtful design can breathe new life into industrial structures. The centre features landscaped courtyards, climate-responsive architecture, and an IGBC-certified green building framework.
